Earn your masters degree in 16 months
Date: May 1, 2012
MARSHFIELD – Take the next step in your career by earning your Masters degree. The University of Wisconsin-River Falls is running a 16 month program where participants meet one weekend a month at UW-Marshfield/Wood County.
This unique program has students start and finish together in a cohort to earn their degree through the Shared Inquiry Community method. The shared inquiry process is a learning method in which students search for answers to fundamental questions raised by a text, lecture or experience. Classes start August/September 2012.
UW-River Falls provides the graduate degree program/curriculum and instructors. All classes are hosted locally at the UW-Marshfield/Wood County campus, no additional travel involved.
The program is now recruiting participants. Learn more by dropping in at one of the informational meetings: Wednesday, May 9, from 3:30 – 5 pm at the Stratford Elementary School or Wednesday, May 30, from 4 – 5:30 pm at the UW-Marshfield/Wood County.
