New Freshman Admission Checklist
Thank you for your interest in UW-Marshfield/Wood County. The following information will help keep you on track through the admission and financial aid process.
- Schedule a Campus Tour here
Complete your college application online. Pay the $44 application fee when you submit your application, online. You can also pay by check, payable to UW-Marshfield/Wood County. Your application is not complete until that is received.
Submit an official copy of your high school transcript. Call your high school to request an official transcript to be sent to UW-Marshfield/Wood County Admissions, 2000 W. 5th St., Marshfield, WI 54449. If you have obtained a GED or HSED, you may submit a copy of the diploma or test scores.
Request any other college transcripts to be sent if you have taken university or technical college classes. Contact the registrar's office at the former campus and request that the transcript(s) be sent directly to UW-Marshfield/Wood County Admissions, 2000 W. 5th St., Marshfield, WI 54449.
- ACT/SAT scores
Have your official scores mailed to the admissions office, bring in an original copy of your scores or have a copy of them included on your high school transcript.
- Financial Aid
All students are encouraged to apply for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.gov.
