Financial Aid Night

MARSHFIELD – Prospective students and families searching for ways to pay for college are invited to attend “Funding Your Education Night” at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, at UW-Marshfield/Wood County, 2000 W. 5th St.

“There’s more to financing high education than completing a Financial Aid form,” said Jeffrey Meece, assistant campus dean for Student Services. “While Financial Aid certainly needs to be a part of the process, there are other options out there as well.”

In addition to explaining the Financial Aid process, Student Services personnel will provide college bound students and their parents with information on scholarships, grants and other ways to find money for college.  Each session will include a question-and-answer period.

To register, visit the UW-Marshfield/Wood County Web site at www.marshfield.uwc.edu or call 715-389-6530.
