Help Page Contents:
Searching the Electronic Card Catalog for
items in the UW-Marshfield Library- quick method.
-
Click on "Electronic Library
Catalog" on the Library homepage.
-
Click on "Search" option
-
In the "Quick Limits" box, click on
the name of the campus you wish to search before typing
in search terms.
-
Input search terms
-
Select an item from the results list.
This will bring up the "Brief
Record View" screen. Items located in the UW-Marshfield Library
contain "MSF" in the "Location"
field.

Use the call number to locate the item in
the library stacks.

Accessing any EBSCOhost database:
-
Click on "Newspaper/Magazine
Databases" on the Library homepage.

Click on the "EBSCOhost" link from
the "Electronic Resources" page.
-
Click the "EBSCOhost Web" link
to connect to the website.
-
Select the databases you wish to search and
click the "Enter" button. Multiple
databases may be searched simultaneously by marking more
than one database.

Electronic Resources Off-campus:
-
Click on "Magazine/Newspaper
Databases" on the Library's Homepage.

Click "Accessing Restricted Electronic Resources From Off-Campus Via the Proxy Server"
on the "Electronic Resources" link page.
-
Click the "What are Proxy Services"
link.
-
Click the "https://ezproxy.uwc.edu/"
link.
-
Login with your campus email username and
password.
-
Begin searching.
